Opportunity
The Marketing Automation Lead will partner with our Health Services team to develop and execute lifecycle journeys and campaign activities. This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Brisbane site at Dutton Park. Leukaemia Foundation adopts a hybrid working model, therefore if you have a suitable home workstation you will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week.
We will trust you to:
- Partner with our Health Services team to understand how marketing automation will bring their strategy and experience to life by developing and maintain a 6–12-month plan of activity based on key priorities and identifying system enhancements that support and enable the achievement of lifecycle and campaign plans.
- Partner with the Health Services experience team to help define the experience strategy as well as drive utilisation of the new digital services and consider the role various channels can play to bring the campaign or journey to life.
- Provide guidance on best practice email and SMS strategies to drive engagement and deliver on core outcomes and inform experience strategy development.
- Bring campaigns to life including but not limited to subject heading lines, eDM structure, CTAs and other campaign elements.
- Build the campaign journey within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ensure effective and robust testing prior to deployment.
- Monitor the performance of campaign activity to drive optimisation decisions.
- Partner with analytics to develop campaign reporting to measure performance of lifecycle journeys and Health services campaign activity.
- Review performance and identify opportunities to improve and enhance campaign and journey activity.
- Share insights, performance activity and provide recommendations for optimisation of activity.
- Actively monitor product enhancements on the Salesforce platform and seek to identify how to leverage new features to improve campaign performance.
- Act as a SME on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and in particular Journey Builder – providing advice and guidance for what is possible
Does this sound like you:
Essential
- Relevant tertiary qualifications plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience in lifecycle marketing role
- Strong working knowledge and expertise of email marketing best practice
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to work cross-functionally and partner with other teams to drive and deliver key outcomes
- Knowledge and experience leveraging the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform or similar email automation platforms
Desired:
- Knowledge and exposure to NFP environments is advantageous but not essential.
